Estate Planning

Our experience has shown us that an up-to-date estate plan is an important part of a comprehensive financial plan.
This includes a living trust that identifies the executor of the estate, and the beneficiaries. There is usually a Schedule A for the trust that has a list of assets that should be updated regularly.
A Health Care Directive is often included, should you get to the stage that you can no longer make decisions about your medical care.
As you prepare to meet with your Estate Attorney, we can help you. For example, we can create a list of your financial accounts and provide a safe place to secure documents in your client portal. With your approval we can then give your Estate Attorney secure access to complete and store your estate plan.
