FJP Adventures - Alaska

A Bucket List Adventure to a Wilderness Wonderland!

From June 30th - July 12th, 2025, FJP Adventures, led by Elaine and Scott Manley took a group of 68 clients and friends on the ultimate adventure to Alaska! A land tour and sea cruise to visit and explore Anchorage, Mount McKinley, Denali National Park, Glacier Bay, Skagway, Juneau and Ketchikan. The group had a wonderful time on land and sea, enjoying the McKinley and Princess Lodges, the glass domed train and the cruise ship itself.

We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to Jeff and Julie Rupert for their outstanding coordination and effort in making this journey so seamless and memorable for everyone involved.

The Ultimate Alaska Adventure  Memories

Our group of 68 had the experience of a lifetime on this adventure! We were told that only 30% of the people that go to central Alaska see Mt. McKinley. The rest only see clouds. Only 10% of visitors get to see all three mountains in the range, and we were in the 10%. Even better, we had afternoons and evenings without a cloud in the sky!

We saw wild animals that included bears, moose, bald eagles and whales. We saw glaciers, explored an authentic gold mining town, hiked onto a glacier, held sled dog puppies, rode on the famous glass domed train, sailed up the famous Glacier Bay, watched a lumberjack show and ate lots of Alaskan Salmon and King Crab.

Alaska Adventure Preparations

We held regular information sessions to provide our 68 travelers with all of the information they needed to have a great adventure.  We also sent email updates to ensure that our adventurers were able to sign up for all of the tags, medallions, excursions, etc. available during the trip. After all of the planning and anticipation, we are thrilled that all 68 folks had a wonderful time while they Enjoy the Journey!
