Order 4 COVID-19 Test Kits for Your Home Address Here
The USPS is coordinating the distribution of 4 COVID Test Kits to residential households. You must register with your name and address and one shipment will be sent per address, of 4, individual antigen rapid test kits.
A tracking number will be provided after your information is submitted and accepted. If you wish, you can provide an email address where you will be notified of shipment status however this is optional and is not required. Only one shipment per address is allowed.

International travel has some extra considerations for US visitors. You may have to budget time to quarantine and some locations have limited access.
