Enjoy the Journey – FJP Team Member Gets Married!

The FJP Women's Group welcomed spring in a delicious way, with a Thai cooking evening at Cucina Bambini in Willow Glen. They had such a great time cooking Italian there last September that when they spotted Thai on the menu, they knew they had to come back and try it.

The ladies gathered on April 23rd for a hands-on culinary experience that was equal parts education and fun. The evening began with wine, water, or Thai iced tea on arrival. From there, everyone rolled up their sleeves and got to work, starting with the foundation of Thai cooking: a homemade red curry paste. From that base, smaller groups tackled chicken satay with peanut sauce, Thai beef salad, and vegetable red curry with jasmine rice. Dessert was mango sweet sticky rice.

The atmosphere at Cucina Bambini was warm and lively, with great conversation and good wine. It was exactly the kind of evening the Women's Group was made for: learning something new together, sharing a meal, and enjoying each other's company.

If you are interested in joining the FJP Women's Group, there are plenty more events planned throughout the year. And if in-person gatherings are not your thing, the Women's Group Zoom Book Club is a great way to connect from the comfort of home. Visit the Women's Group webpage to see the 2026 events calendar or start planning your own event!

Thank you for enjoying the journey with us! If there is anything we can to do help you, please give us a call.
